This is also a reference for Yukio's birthday in April.
Anyhow Paradox Mansion Secret Page Otome Game is not entirely just for April fools. But Jeana-sama intend to make multiple endings for Iruka Naru with the other casts just incase the 'main' love team is dislike.
No spoilers of who is the main leading man that Iruka Naru would end up with but yes, it is intend to be a reverse harem with lots of ships!
Jeana-sama intended to put mature content in a supposed to be game rather than make a doujin version or possibly novel version to avoid the actual graphic, but who knows maybe eventually Jeana-sama will be brave enough to publish them.
